lisle, illinois | karlee + mark

this year went so fast! traveling all over the midwest, photographing weddings while learning the ropes at being a new mom looks a little different these days. who knew you would need to schedule in time to pump at a wedding. all of my couples have been so chill and understanding and I couldnt have asked for anything more!

speaking of chill…that defines karlee and mark (on top of being ridiculously ridiculously good looking). karlee was dying to have an outdoor ceremony, and if you have seen morton arboretum you totally understand why, but the forecast had other plans. the park ranger (yes they have a park ranger) insisted we move it inside and thank goodness we did because the sky opened as soon as karlee walked down the aisle.

if i could bottle up the way mark looked at karlee i would. he would steal hand kisses and just hold her whenever he got the urge. it was presh.

luckily the rain stopped at soon as the ceremony was over and we were able to get some amazing couples portraits throughout the arboretum. walking through all the winding trees made you feel like you were having a tea party with alice in wonderland!
