If industrial design and architecture are your thing, you will die inside Detroit’s Shinola Hotel. Taking into account the vibes of Detroit along with Shinola’s reputation of timeless craftsmanship, the Detroit hotel was designed to breath luxury. They spared no expense and no detail went unnoticed while designing this new downtown hotel and wedding venue. The cocktail hour, along with dancing, was heald in the hotel’s Birdy Room Conservatory. You have not lived until you have experienced this room…no matter the time of day. It is home to stunning vaulted glass ceilings that allow you to overlook the city, complete with greenery hangings that transport you into an old-time conservatory. Paired with the design and floral work of Fleur Detroit, the space was a photographers dream. The whole day was so thoughtfully curated, just like the hotel. It was a match made in heaven.
